“No one has seen God as He is. Yet if we truly put our love for one another into action, His love is revealed and fulfilled in us and the world can see that love.” (1 John 4 v 12 The Truth)

Do you then desire the rule for life this gives?

Pray and obey.

Fill with God’s will.

Follow His way each and every day.

Forgive and forget.

Let all grievances go,

And loving friendship with Jesus grow,

Influencing how we are with everyone else.

“Show me Your paths. Lead me in Your truth and teach me...” (Psalm 25 v 4, 5)

Amaze and give praise

For the daily blessing addressing us,

Which is none other than

The Lord Jesus, in the Spirit,

Ever here to help us with this way of life.

The best way of wanting to pass the test everyday.

Abide by the rule of life, another is far less strife,

Then the rest will take care of itself.

“ ‘My Kingdom is not a worldly Kingdom...I came into the world to reveal the truth, that is why I was born...Everyone who really wants to know the truth, listen to what I say.” (John 18 v 37 The Truth)

Lord, teach us to pray, listen and learn. “All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth, to such as keep His covenant and His testimonies.” (Psalm 25 v 10)

So keep us Lord, on the straight and narrow path according to the rule of life, which will teach us the reverence of obedience because we depend completely on the power of holy love influencing us.

“We can be certain that we continue to live in Him and that He continues to live in us, because we have His own Spirit living in us” (1 John 4 v 13 The Truth) all thanks ever be to the Trinity.

“...if anyone truly believes that Jesus is God’s Son, God truly lives in him (and her) and he (and she) lives in God.” ( v 14)

The rule for life is to seek, find and follow the example set by the Lord Jesus. Surely this is why He tells us He is the way to live. (John 14 v 6)

In sharing His holiness is our highest happiness. How fully blessed we are to be enabled to know, love and serve the Holy Truth. Thank You for this rule for life. Amen.
